ROOKIE FAQs

Should my Rookie play on the 1st Grade or Kindergarten Team?

Rookies are placed on teams according to 2020-21 Grade Level. If they were in K or 1st this past year, that's the team they play on!

The schedule says "Team 1, 2, 3, 4, etc." How do I know what team my child is on?

This Sunday we will be forming teams and you'll get your schedule then!

This Sunday only 6/6, Rookies will play at these times:

  • All Girls 9:00 am
  • Boys Kinder 10:05 am
  • Boys 1st 11:10 am
We haven't received our uniform! Should we bring one? What else should we bring?

Uniforms and balls will be handed out this weekend. All they need to bring is water.

Where do we go on Sunday?

All Rookies will be playing at Mercadel Gym. Please see the important details below. It can be a bit tricky to find if you've never been there, so please give yourself some extra time to find it and park.

HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER OPENING WEEKEND:

After teams are formed, all Rookie Boys/Girls Kinder-1st will be playing between 9 AM to 3 PM on Sundays at Mercadel Gym. The schedule is subject to change depending on team distribution after the first couple of weeks, and possibly throughout the season. Please make sure to always check the schedule beforehand.
