Refund Policy

Refund Policy

RSM NJB's refund policy is designed to cover the costs of processing the refunds and to account for the fact that each player that signs up uniforms are ordered and gym space rented based on early registrant info.  Our refund policy is as follows:

  • If you request a refund by September 30th (Winter) / April 15th (Summer) , you will receive  a full refund. 
  • If you request a refund between October 1st - October 31st (Winter) / April 16th - May 15th (Summer) , you will receive a 50% refund. 
  • If you request a refund after October 31st (Winter) / May 15th (Summer), no refund will be provided unless it is due to injury prior to the season starts that causes your son/daughter to miss 6 or more weeks.  This must occur prior to the first game.
  • NO REFUNDS after 1st game.

Refund Procedure

Email your refund request to director@rsmnjb.org
Include your name, your child's name, grade and reason for refund.
Your refund will be credited back to the credit card used during registration. Refunds may take 1 to 2 weeks to process.
